While Formations works with all kinds of students, we do it only through our programs, and through registrations.

Our staff or resource persons do not communicate directly with anyone below 18 years. All communications to those below 18 happen through the phone numbers/ email IDs of their parents. We consider the registrations received as the consent of the parents for their kids to attend the programs.

 

Formations does not provide counselling services to anyone. For any, counselling or advice we at best help you get in touch with those qualified to do it through the helplines for the same. Click here for helplines.

 

Formations is not responsible for any consequence arising out of misunderstanding, or personal interpretation of anything that we provide through print, audio or video content.

 

As a general rule, we do not allow any personal communications between the resource persons and the participants of the program. However in case a participant wants to get in touch with the resource persons who offer services through some other organisations which are already in the public domain, we will allow that on a case to case basis, if that would help the student (for example, finding services from a career guidance organisation). Formations is not to be held responsible for the outcomes of those interactions.

We do not allow any of our resource persons to privately talk to any student. All further interactions beyond a program is limited to and must happen through mails, with formations, or feedback links given and responses for these are sent from the communication wing of the organisation only. Beyond these checks and balances, if any situation arises the organisation cannot be held responsible for the same.

We take care in all our on-site programs as and when they happen, that there will be no male to female discussions and female to male discussions. We encourage only a same sex discussion and interaction mode.
